Facilities Technician - Plant Maintenance

Job Schedule:

Full time – Day shift

Responsibilities include operation and maintenance of plant equipment, building repairs, and preventive maintenance activities. Requires average supervision.

This is an on‑site position reporting daily onsite. Applicants must be located within commutable distance of the office.

• On‑the‑job training and/or trade school education.
• 2 years experience in semi‑skilled maintenance and repair services for a facility such as mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and building systems.
• 6 months experience as a mechanic.
• 6 months experience as a carpenter.

• Associate’s Degree in a technical trade.
• 2 years experience in a healthcare setting.
• 6 months experience as an electrician.
• 6 months experience as a plumber.
• Experience painting.

$19.24 – $29.45 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
