Facilities Technician – Plant Maintenance – Levelland

Responsibilities include operation and maintenance of plant equipment, building repairs and preventative maintenance activities. Requires average supervision.

• Onsite position – will report onsite daily as scheduled.
• Location – commutable distance to our office in Levelland, Texas.
• Work Status – Full Time.
• Shift – Day.

• On the job training and/or trade school education.
• 2 years experience in semi-skilled maintenance and repair services for the facility such as mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and building systems.
• 6 months experienced mechanic.
• 6 months experienced carpenter.

• Associate’s Degree in Technical trade.
• 2 years experience in a Healthcare setting.
• 6 months experienced electrician.
• 6 months experienced plumber.
• Experienced painter.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based on relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
