Navantia UK is recruiting for a Procurement Officer in Methil to lead end-to-end procurement for subcontracted works, services, and goods. You will prepare RFPs/RFQs, assess proposals, and drive negotiations to secure value while ensuring compliance and strong supplier performance.
You will collaborate with projects, legal, finance, and operations, manage supplier risk, and maintain records for audit purposes. A degree in procurement or related field is required; CIPS/CPM is desirable.
