Navantia UK in Methil is seeking an experienced Chargehand - Welder to lead a small team of 8–10 craftsmen on site. You will balance hands-on welding work with supervision, ensuring work aligns with plans and safety standards.
Reporting to the Line Supervisor, you’ll drive quality, perform equipment checks, identify training needs, and support operations during out-of-hours or emergencies, contributing to efficiency and continuous improvement.
