With You seeks a Specialist Harm Reduction Worker to support clients across Fife, delivering harm reduction interventions and outreach in the community. You will coordinate care through partnerships, manage a caseload, and ensure respectful, dignified treatment at all times.
The role requires health/social care experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work flexibly, including occasional evenings and weekends. Salary starts at £26,250 per annum with progression to £30,900.
