• Perform cashiering duties and general food service work; maintain sanitation standards in the preparation, service and dining room facilities.
• Prepare fruits and vegetables; wash, peel, cut and seed as needed; weigh and measure designated ingredients.
• Carry pans, kettles and trays of food to and from work stations, stove and refrigerator in accordance with safety standards. Distribute supplies, utensils and portable equipment.
• Store foods in designated areas in accordance with wrapping, dating, food safety and rotation procedures.
• Clean work areas, equipment and utensils; follow sanitation and safety requirements.
• Use approved recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality, serving temperatures and standard portion control.
• Serve customers in a friendly, efficient manner following outlined steps of service; interact with customers and resolve complaints in a service-oriented manner.
• Relay relevant information to supervisor; perform sales transactions and enter sales into the cash register; make change and accept payments; issue receipts and follow procedures for refunds.
• Responsible for all assigned change funds and cash receipts, ensuring the cash drawer is compliant with overage/shortage standards.
• Replenish condiments, beverages and general supplies while maintaining service area cleanliness.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Food service experience is a plus.
• Part-time schedule with 9:15 am earliest start and 2:30 pm latest end; more details upon interview.
• Fixed pay rate: $16.50 per hour.
