Purpose
Asset Protection Associates are responsible for providing a secure destination to shop for our customers, a safe workplace for associates, and protection of company assets for the ongoing success of our stores.
Duties And Responsibilities- Investigating the loss of assets, including merchandise, money and property.
- Preventing loss and shrink through monitoring, surveillance and other loss prevention tactics.
- Ensuring the safety and security of assigned stores.
- Monitoring and implementing shrink reduction strategies.
- One year of related experience in retail operations or customer service, loss prevention/asset protection.
- Ability to write detailed reports and maintain strict confidentiality of all investigation-related information.
High School Diploma or GED.
