Service Advisor
Transteck, Inc has an immediate opening for a Service Advisor at our Freightliner of Philadelphia dealership located in Levittown, PA. The Service Advisor is responsible for selling our services to our customers, conducting a visual safety inspection of customer vehicles and ensuring all of our customers' needs are correctly addressed.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the main contact between customers and our service shop.
- Sell services and conduct visual safety inspections.
- Ensure customer needs are addressed.
Qualifications:
- One year of experience in service roles, sales or customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must pass background & criminal records check, physical exam and drug screen.
