Role Overview:
Shift Overview: Outpatient only
All-age patient care:
Pediatrics through geriatricsJoin 3 NPs, 2 full-time MDs, and a part-time physician
On-site point-of-care lab + EPIC EMR
Equitable call: 1:4 weekday/weekend rotation
️ Average 18 patients/day
Strong clinical wraparound support (ACO model + in-network specialist referrals)
DOs strongly preferred (MDs considered)
Base Salary: $265,000 $ 280,000 (DOE)
Student Loan Forgiveness Eligible
Generous PTO: 27 days/year including 5 days CME + $3,000 stipend

Board Certified in Family Medicine
Comfortable seeing pediatric to geriatric patients
