We are currently seeking experienced and dependable Direct Care Workers (DCWs) to join our team in Levittown, PA, supporting seniors in their homes. This role requires working 12-hour shifts (day or night). Ideal candidates are compassionate, reliable, and have a heart for serving the elderly with patience and respect.

• Assist seniors with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• Support with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders
• Provide companionship, emotional support, and encourage engagement in daily activities
• Follow individualized care plans and accurately document all services provided
• Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment
• Maintain open communication with the care team and client s family

• Minimum of 1 year experience working with seniors in a DCW, HHA, CNA, or similar role
• Reliable and verifiable professional references are required
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts consistently (day or night)
• Compassionate, patient, and respectful approach to senior care
• Must pass background checks, TB test, and physical exam
• Reliable transportation is preferred
