• B.A. / B.S. degree and/or 3 years of equivalent work experience
• SAP, Business Warehouse / Hybris knowledge, preferred
• At least 3+ years of Customer Service experience; eBusiness/eCommerce preferred
• Demonstrated troubleshooting experience, especially with internet browsers
• Critical thinking capability
• Excellent communication skills including the ability to actively listen, interpret directions, and take appropriate action
• Performs exceptionally well under pressure and tight deadlines
• Must be able to tackle new assignments as they arise

Perform first level technical triage for eBusiness Solutions – typically on  or Airgas Supply Sync (punchout/digitally integrated) customers. This customer facing role will troubleshoot inquiries, issues and/or outages and will have responsibility for performing administrative duties—including completing registration activities, documenting information and processes, and completing tasks as assigned.
