Location:

Shifts Available: Weekend Night Shift: Friday-Sunday; 5 pm - 5 am

Summary:

A Inspections Clerk will meticulously identify and flag garment defects while ensuring production goals are met without compromising quality. A positive attitude, adaptability, and strong communication skills will contribute to maintaining or exceeding quality and productivity standards. Utilizing scanning devices efficiently, making customer‑centric decisions, and fulfilling additional warehouse functions as needed are all integral to the role.

• Maintains or exceeds both quality and productivity benchmarks.
• Approaches tasks with a positive attitude and adapts flexibly to changing needs.
• Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in utilizing scanning devices for efficiency.
• Exercises sound judgment in decision‑making to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Undertakes additional warehouse functions as required.
• Ensures adherence to safety regulations with a solid understanding.
• Fulfills all duties assigned by Supervisors and/or Managers.

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school degree or GED required.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Problem‑solving and reporting skills.
• Strong computer skills;
  Microsoft Office Suite.
• Maintain acceptable attendance.
• Must be able to work overtime as required.

• Able to stand and walk for considerable distance throughout a shift.
• Climb, balance, kneel, crouch, or crawl for extended periods.
• Reach, pull, push, and lift freight and other objects of various shapes, sizes, and weights up to 50 pounds.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely as required (pallet jack, box cutter, carts) which requires coordinated movements.
