This is a full-time role on-site for a Plastics Processor with a supervisor role/general manager role, based in Levittown, PA. The Plastics Processor will be responsible for setting up and operating injection molding machines, monitoring the production process to ensure quality, identifying and resolving operational issues, and maintaining compliance with safety and ISO standards. The role involves collaboration with the engineering team, documenting processes for consistency, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and product quality.

• Experience in operating and troubleshooting injection molding machines and related equipment
• Knowledge of mold setup, process optimization, and quality assurance techniques
• Ability to work with detailed technical instructions and production documentation
• Familiarity with ISO and FDA standards, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement processes
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve operational issues
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or prior experience in plastics manufacturing is a plus
• Proficiency in basic computer applications for logging data and generating reports
