Role

Summary:

A Repairs Shaver must have hand sewing experience or training to restore garments. Focus will be repairing garments to intended quality and look, while exhibiting a sense of urgency to complete repairs in a timely manner. Garment damages will vary and may need hand sewing and/or shaving.

• Experience in hand sewing techniques for a variety of fixes.
• Keen eye for detail and quality.
• Great communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Maintain/exceed productivity standards.
• Maintain a positive attitude and flexibility.
• Other jobs and duties as assigned.

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school degree or GED preferred.
• Ability to pass Sewing/Shaving test.
• Comprehend and follow work instructions to meet productivity and quality standards.
• Works well under pressure and time constraints.
• Dependable, works with a sense of urgency.
• Maintain acceptable attendance and must be able to work overtime as required.

• Stand and walk throughout a shift.
• Climb, balance, kneel, crouch, or crawl for extended periods.
• Reach, pull, push, and lift freight and other objects up to 50 pounds.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely as required (pallet jack, box cutter, carts).
