You will receive paid training to become certified as an “Arch Support Specialist,” allowing you to assess client needs, educate them on the benefits of proper arch support, and recommend suitable products.

Competitive compensation: hourly rate plus uncapped commission, average $60k–$115k. Full benefits package (PTO, sick time, 401(k) with match, medical, dental, vision insurance, employee discounts). Responsibilities- Attend and graduate a two‑week paid Arch Support Specialist Certification Training (annual recertification required).
- Conduct personalized assessments to understand customers’ foot support needs.
- Educate customers on the benefits of proper arch support and recommend suitable products.
- Assist customers in trying different products to ensure a perfect fit.
- Provide exceptional customer service and follow up to build lasting relationships.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Perform regular inventory, product preparation, and light cleaning tasks.
- At least one year of sales experience; commission‑based sales experience and/or working with metrics/quotas/KPIs is a plus.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Positive, approachable, and empathetic; passionate about helping others improve their lives.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Customer‑centric, problem‑solving mindset focused on delivering exceptional service and building long‑term relationships.
- Ability to multi‑task and work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficiency in using a POS system and basic computer skills for processing transactions, reporting, and training.
- Must be able to work fluctuating schedules that include days, evenings, and weekends (open weekend availability required).
- Comfortable with constant standing, walking, and kneeling.
