Job Title:
Sally Beauty Advisor

As a Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor, your primary objective is to create a memorable shopping experience for our customers. You will help customers with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, or nails and serve as the advisor on the customer’s journey. Sally Beauty provides the training; you bring your passion and personality.

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Ensure customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
• Demonstrate Sally Beauty Culture Values.
• Support a range of working schedules to suit varying needs.

• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder, with or without accommodation.
• May be exposed to fumes and odors on occasion.

Working Conditions
:
The position requires long periods of standing, walking, bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, and lifting moderately heavy items. The role may involve exposure to irritant chemicals and working around moving parts, carts, or machines.
