• Execute all general HVAC in-home service calls efficiently.
• Cultivate customer relationships to recommend the most suitable products and services.
• Pose relevant lifestyle questions to diagnose heating and cooling system issues.
• Provide guidance to customers in selecting optimal finance options and maintenance plans.
• Educate customers on replacement opportunities for aging, inefficient, or underperforming systems.
• Adhere to service criteria and strive to surpass revenue goals.
• Project professionalism and expertise to secure new referrals and repeat business.
• Collaborate closely with customer service and dispatch to ensure overall business success.
• Maintain a tidy, organized job site and a well-inventoried truck.
• Participate actively in training exercises, morning meetings, trade shows, and retreats.
• Mentor apprentices to ensure swift, accurate repairs and installations.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness with invoices, time cards, curbside feedback, and option sheets.

• Licensed with comprehensive knowledge of local HVAC codes and the ability to apply them on the job.
• Universal EPA
• Established track record in heating and cooling systems, including proficiency in drawing simple diagrams and reading blueprints.
• Maintain a clean, safe driving record.
• Highly organized with exceptional follow-through skills. Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
• Exhibit high integrity with advanced social skills and the ability to forge strong connections.
• Demonstrate a strong desire for continuous improvement in technical proficiency.
