We are hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for our program in Levittown, PA. This role is open to individuals with or without prior experience, as we provide paid training.

• The ideal DSP will have a strong desire to create long‑term impacts on individuals’ lives.
• Encourage, mentor, and coach others to achieve their goals.
• Teach individuals to navigate daily living activities such as housekeeping and laundry.
• Assist with daily and personal activities to enhance independence.
• Work under the supervision of the House Manager, following appropriate procedures and attending periodic meetings.

Pay Rate: $16.25 per hour.
