Uplift and Inspire is looking for a passionate and dedicated Life Coach (Direct Support Professional) to join our team in Levittown, PA. This is a meaningful opportunity to make a real difference by providing one-on-one support, encouragement, and guidance to an individual building independence at home and in the community. • Provide person-centered, one-on-one in-home and community support to an individual with disabilities.
• Help build independent living skills, including cooking, meal planning, grocery shopping, cleaning, household organization, and money management.
• Support daily routines and time management using clear instructions, reminders, and visual schedules as appropriate.
• Offer encouragement, mentorship, and life coaching to promote confidence, communication, and personal growth.
• Facilitate community participation, social connections, and opportunities to practice shopping, making purchases, and community safety skills.
• Follow individualized support plans and collaborate with the participant, family, and support team to provide consistent support.
• Document participant progress, incidents, and daily activities accurately and in a timely manner.

• High school diploma or GED required; degree in human services, psychology, or a related field preferred.
• Prior experience as a Direct Support Professional (DSP), caregiver, or life coach is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a compassionate, patient demeanor.
• Ability to provide calm, respectful support while allowing time for processing, choices, and breaks.
• Ability to pass background checks.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Availability to consistently work Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 10 a.m.–3 p.m.
