Warranty Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Warranty Administrator to join our client’s well-established dealership in Hastings, East Sussex. Duties of the Warranty Administrator position include:

Managing warranty claims and ensuring accurate administration
Processing warranty paperwork promptly and meticulously
Liaising with manufacturers to resolve warranty issues efficiently
Maintaining comprehensive warranty records and documentation
Supporting the service team with additional administrative tasks as required
Ensuring compliance with manufacturer policies and procedures

Requirements for the Warranty Administrator role:

Previous experience in warranty administration or a similar function within the motor trade
Strong organisational and communication skills
High attention to detail and accuracy in paperwork
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Knowledge of warranty procedures and manufacturer guidelines is desirable
Flexibility to work full or part-time, with hybrid working experience advantageous
