We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Business Support Consultant to support the delivery of ICT and traded services. This varied role combines business support, customer relationship management, financial administration, software licensing and project coordination. You will work closely with customers, suppliers and colleagues to ensure high-quality service delivery, manage budgets and invoicing, support service improvements and help develop new business opportunities.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive professional with strong communication, organisational and financial skills to make a real impact.

• Have excellent organisational skills and can effectively manage a varied workload, competing priorities and deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Are committed to delivering outstanding customer service and building positive relationships with customers, partners, suppliers and colleagues.
• Can analyse, interpret and present information clearly, including financial and performance data. Have strong communication skills and can adapt their approach to engage effectively with a range of audiences.
• Are confident using Microsoft 365 applications and have experience of finance systems such as Oracle or similar enterprise resource planning software.
