A young, ambitious Quantity Surveying and Project Management Consultancy are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their rapidly expanding team in Brighton.
The Quantity Surveyor's RoleThe successful Quantity Surveyor will join two enthusiastic Partners and a dynamic, Quantity Surveying team delivering high-profile leisure and hotel projects across the UK.
The successful Quantity Surveyor shall act as both Quantity Surveyor and Project Manager, with day-to-day responsibilities including:
- Providing early cost advice
- Cost planning
- Preparing tender documents
- Managing change during construction
- Completed a Quantity Surveying degree or RICS accredited
- Minimum of 2 years Quantity Surveying experience
- Must have worked within a PQS / Cost Consultancy practice in the UK
- Good pre and post contract knowledge
- Hold a UK driving licence
- £35,000 - £45,000
- 24 days annual leave + bank holidays
