About Our Client:
Our client is a well-established main contractor specialising in modular fit out, refurb and new build construction, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality projects within the healthcare sector. With a reputation for innovation, reliability, and quality delivery, they have positioned themselves as a key player in the modular build market.
Due to continued growth, they are now seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team based in Stockport.
The Role:
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will take ownership of the commercial aspects of modular construction projects, working closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
This is primarily an office-based role, with flexibility and site visits as required.
Key Responsibilities- Manage all commercial and quantity surveying aspects of projects from inception through to completion
- Oversee projects within the healthcare sector, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations
- Manage site-related commercial activities across multiple locations
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure project efficiency and cost control
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally at a senior level
- Experience with in general construction
- Knowledge of the healthcare sector and associated project requirements
- Ability to manage multiple sites and projects simultaneously
- Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- A dynamic, adaptable, and proactive approach to work
- Competitive salary up to £65,000 (depending on experience)
