Architectural Technologist

Our client is seeking a talented Architectural Technologist to join their established Architectural practice based in Lewes. The successful Architectural Technologist will collaborate with a team working on large scale projects within the hospitality, commercial and residential sectors. Our client work on a variety of projects which range from smaller scale million pound developments and up to the value of 250m.

• Competitive salary ( 30,000 - 40,000 DOE)

• Work on a range of projects from small sale 1 Million projects to large scale 250 Million projects
• Design / work on projects within a variety of sectors
• Provide Construction details
• Submission of planning / building regs
• Produce Technical details
• Provide technical advice for user/site specifications when required to do so
• Work as part of a team small design/technical team

• Based within a commutable distance of Lewes
• Motivated individual
• Ability to work well as part of a design / technical team
• 2+ years relevant Architectural experience
• Good technical standard
• Vectorworks knowledge advantagous, however traninig can be provided to those with more of an AutoCAD / Revit background
