An established, design led architectural practice in East Sussex is looking for a qualified Architect to join its expanding team. The studio delivers thoughtful, well crafted architecture across a diverse portfolio including residential, education, healthcare and heritage projects. With a strong collaborative ethos and close working relationships with clients and consultants, the practice is recognised for producing high quality, context responsive design from concept through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead projects across all RIBA stages

* Develop and present design proposals to clients and stakeholders

* Produce comprehensive technical drawing packages and specifications

* Coordinate consultants and maintain clear communication with contractors

* Attend site meetings and monitor progress on site

* Ensure full compliance with UK planning and building regulations

Requirements:

* ARB registered Architect

* Strong design capability supported by solid technical knowledge

* Demonstrable experience delivering projects in the UK

* Proficiency in industry standard software

* Excellent communication and organisational skills

* Ability to manage workload both independently and within a team
