Supply Desk are a nationwide education recruitment company specialising in Primary, SEND, and Secondary education. We place our teaching staff in day-to-day and long-term placements in an extensive number of Primary and Secondary schools across Brighton & Hove, East Sussex and West Sussex.

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated SEN TA/INA to provide 1:1 support for children with a range of special educational needs across EYFS to Key Stage 2.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide tailored 1:1 support to students with SEN, ensuring their individual learning needs are met.
Assist in developing the child’s social, emotional, and communication skills.
Work closely with class teachers and the SENCO to implement strategies and learning plans.
Adapt activities and materials to meet the child’s specific learning needs.
Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Skills and Qualities

Required:

Previous experience working with children with SEN is desirable.
• A flexible, patient approach and a passion for supporting children’s development.
Ability to build a trusting and supportive relationship with the child, promoting independence and confidence.
Excellent communication skills.
