Ideal Candidate- Proven experience as a School Business Manager or as a Senior Business / Finance role.
- Confident working strategically with senior leaders and governors.
- Organised, approachable, and experienced in leading teams.
- Comfortable with IT, finance, and administrative systems.
- Knowledgeable in HR, payroll, or facilities management.
- Proactive, solution-focused, and committed to supporting a school community.
- Lead the school’s budget, finance, and reporting to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage HR, payroll, and recruitment for support staff.
- Oversee school compliance, health & safety, and organisational systems.
- Manage school facilities, contracts, and maintenance.
- Collaborate closely with the Headteacher and leadership team to support school life.
- Drive improvements and solutions that enhance outcomes for staff and pupils.
