Location: Crawley & Surrounding Areas
Contract: Full-Time / Part-Time – Flexible Days
Salary: Paid to scale (M1–UPS3) or £130–£150 per day
Hours: School hours (typically 08:30 – 15:30)

• Deliver engaging lessons across a range of secondary subjects and year groups
• Create positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environments
• Adapt quickly to different school settings and departmental expectations
• Support student progress and behaviour within existing school frameworks
• Work collaboratively with staff and follow school policies and procedures

• UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching in secondary schools
• Strong behaviour and classroom management skills
• Adaptable, enthusiastic, and reliable
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
• Ability to plan, deliver, and assess lessons when required
