The successful candidate must demonstrate a passion for sharing their love of Maths, be committed to improving their subject knowledge and teaching practice to achieve impressive progress for all students, and have a track record of achieving rapid and sustained progress and attainment for all groups of students with leadership responsibility.

• Contribute to the development and review of the curriculum so pupils are inspired to learn

• Believe in creating strong relationships with pupils and contribute to the pastoral work of the school

King's Academy Ringmer is a rural comprehensive with the ethos of "Honesty, Faith, Courage". It is an Eco School and a winner of the Department for Education’s Sustainability award. The Maths team consists of six specialist teachers focused problem solving and ensuring all students make progress.

All posts within the King’s Group Academies Trust are exempt for the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and require applicants to declare convictions and complete an Enhanced Criminal Records Disclosure via the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).
