Level 3 Teaching Assistant - Intervention & Classroom Support

Aspire People are recruiting an experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a supportive primary school in Manchester, working primarily within Key Stage 2. The school is focused on raising attainment and delivering targeted intervention support to ensure pupils reach age-related expectations.

• Supporting the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management.
• Delivering structured small-group interventions in Maths and English.
• Supporting pupils preparing for end-of-year assessments.
• Providing 1:1 support where required.
• Assisting with differentiation and scaffolding learning tasks.
• Monitoring pupil progress and feeding back to teaching staff.

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
• Strong KS2 experience within the last 2 years.
• Excellent literacy and numeracy skills.
• Confidence delivering intervention sessions independently.
• Calm, professional and adaptable approach.
