Location: East Grinstead & Surrounding Areas Contract: Full-Time / Part-Time – Flexible Days Salary: Paid to scale (M1–UPS3) or £130–£150 per day Hours: School hours (typically 08:30–15:30)

We’re looking for qualified teachers to join our supply team in East Grinstead and nearby areas. Each day offers a new classroom, new pupils and fresh challenges—ideal for teachers who thrive on variety and want to keep their practice dynamic.
Responsibilities- Delivering engaging lessons across primary and secondary settings
- Creating positive, inclusive learning environments
- Adapting quickly to different schools, subjects and age groups
- Supporting pupil progress and behaviour
- Working collaboratively with school staff and following school policies
- UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience in primary, secondary or both
- Confident classroom management skills
- Adaptable, reliable and enthusiastic approach
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
- Ability to plan, deliver and assess lessons independently
