As Support Staff, you will:

• Provide classroom assistance to teachers in delivering lessons and supporting student learning.
• Support children with individual learning needs, ensuring they receive the attention and care they require.
• Help manage classroom behaviour and create a positive, inclusive environment.
• Work closely with teachers and other staff members to monitor student progress and well-being.
• Assist with general classroom activities, including setting up resources and providing one-on-one support where needed.

• Experience working with children (preferably in a school setting).
• A positive and proactive attitude towards supporting children s education.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well as part of a team.
• An empathetic, patient, and nurturing approach to supporting children's development.
• A current enhanced DBS (on the Update Service) or willingness to obtain one.
