Confidence and Behaviour Teaching Assistant

Overview

Confidence and Behaviour Teaching Assistant – Seaford. Salary: £14.25 to £16.40 per hour.

• Support pupils with emotional regulation, routines, learning engagement, confidence and positive choices.
• Assist pupils who may have SEMH needs, anxiety, autism, ADHD, communication needs or low self-esteem, helping them recover from difficult moments and feel capable in the classroom.
• Encourage pupils to try again and notice small wins that help them move forward.

• Role may suit someone from youth work, mentoring, care, SEND support, pastoral support, behaviour support, sports coaching, mental health support or alternative provision.
• Looking for someone steady, positive and able to notice small wins that help pupils progress.
