The Role:- Full class teaching responsibility across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
- Planning and delivering engaging lessons
- Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Differentiating learning to meet individual pupil needs
- Assessing and monitoring pupil progress
- Supporting positive behaviour and classroom expectations
- Working collaboratively with teaching assistants and wider school staff
- Communicating effectively with parents, carers and colleagues
- Contributing to the wider life of the school
- Holds QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
- Previous experience teaching within a primary school
- Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum
- Confident classroom practitioner
- Strong behaviour management and relationship-building skills
- Passionate about supporting pupil progress
- Reliable, adaptable and professional
