A leading environmental consultancy is seeking an Air Quality Consultant to join its growing Brighton team. This opportunity is ideal for a consultant with 2-3 years' experience who is looking to develop their technical expertise and progress their career within a supportive and expanding practice.

As an Air Quality Consultant, you will work on a diverse portfolio of projects across planning, infrastructure and industrial sectors. You will support senior staff in delivering high-quality assessments, gain exposure to complex modelling work, and steadily build independent project responsibility.

Duties include:

Assisting with air quality assessments and EIA chapters

Undertaking dispersion modelling using ADMS and/or AERMOD

Preparing technical reports and data analysis

Supporting senior consultants with project delivery

Liaising with clients and stakeholders

Participating in site visits and monitoring programmes

Contributing to internal technical development

Requirements:

2-3 years' hands on experience in air quality consultancy or related field

Experience supporting air quality assessments

Familiarity with IAQM/EPUK guidance

Degree in Environmental Science, Chemistry, Geography or related discipline

Working toward professional accreditation (desirable)

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Full UK driving licence
