Graduate ​/ Junior Mechatronics Engineer

This role is tailored for a mechatronics-minded individual with a genuine passion for engineering and a proven track record of self-directed side projects. The ideal applicant will likely be a recent graduate in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, or a related STEM field. Candidates who have further developed their skills through compelling personal projects, open-source contributions, or practical hardware/software build skills are encouraged to apply.

• Production & Automation:
  Assembling high-precision mechanical/electronic hardware; designing and programming robotic automations, tools, and jigs to optimize workshop efficiency.
• Product Improvement:
  Refining core designs based on production feedback and occasional field visits to observe end‑user interactions.
• Growth & Development:
  Upskilling across design, manufacturing, electronics, and software, with opportunities to take on increasing responsibility.

• Degree in Mechatronics, Electronics, Mechancial Engineering, Product Design or similar.
• 3D CAD & Prototyping:
  Fusion 360, Onshape, Solid Works, CNC/CAM, 3D printing.
• Electronics & Hardware:
  Raspberry Pi, STM
  32, Control Systems, PCB design.
• Software & Cloud:
  Python, Embedded C, Web/Cloud, Dev Ops, Git, MQTT, IoT.
• Data & Maths:
  Data visualisation, telemetry, Kalman Filters, Statistics
