Kent (Office-based) Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: £25,000–£30,000 (depending on experience) About Trinity Finance Trinity Finance is a well-established, FCA-regulated mortgage brokerage specialising in residential, buy-to-let, HMO, commercial and specialist lending. Due to continued growth, our administration team is extremely busy and we are now looking to recruit an additional Mortgage Administrator to support advisers and maintain service standards. This is a key operational role within the business.

The Role You will support mortgage advisers by managing cases from submission through to completion, liaising with lenders, solicitors and clients, and ensuring all files meet FCA and compliance standards. This role suits someone organised, resilient and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities Case administration from Decision in Principle to completion Liaising with lenders, solicitors, surveyors and clients Packaging mortgage applications accurately and efficiently Updating CRM systems and maintaining clear case notes Chasing valuations, offers and completions Supporting advisers to improve turnaround times Ensuring files meet FCA and compliance requirements Skills & Experience Required Essential Previous administration experience within mortgages or financial services Strong organisational and time-management skills High attention to detail Confident telephone and email communication Desirable Mortgage administration experience Knowledge of residential, buy-to-let or specialist lending Experience working in an FCA-regulated environment What’s in It for You £25,000–£30,000 salary depending on experience Stable, growing business with long-term career prospects Supportive team environment Exposure to complex and interesting mortgage cases Opportunity to progress within the business Additional Information Office-based role (Kent) Full-time, permanent position Busy, high-performance environment
