Group Finance Director

Reed Finance are exclusively partnered with a growing organisation in the Sussex area in the recruitment of a Group Finance Director to join their team. This role will oversee all financial aspects of their group of businesses. This pivotal role involves strategic financial planning, financial reporting, risk management, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The Group Finance Director will provide financial leadership and guidance to the executive team and other stakeholders, contributing to the overall success and financial health of the organisation.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Strategic Financial Planning: Develop and implement the group's financial strategy in collaboration with the CEO and other Managing Directors to align financial goals with overall business objectives.
• Financial Reporting and Analysis: Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports, including management accounts, financial statements, and regulatory filings.
