Care Professional role:
As a home carer you’ll provide personalised care and companionship to our clients, helping them with day-to-day routines and activities. Our support worker role will include assisting with personal care, preparing meals, light housekeeping, and running errands - all while building meaningful relationships and bringing comfort and reassurance.
What You ll Do
- Assist clients with personal care routines (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Prepare nutritious meals according to client preferences
- Provide medication reminders and monitor client well-being
- Offer companionship and engage clients in stimulating activities (reading, conversation, hobbies, puzzles, music and accompaniment to go out in the community)
- Accompany clients on errands or appointments as needed
