Job Summary

37 Hours Per Week - Fixed Term Contract until 31 March 2028

We are looking for a passionate, motivated and driven Wellbeing Coach to join our team to improve wellbeing across the borough. You will play a key role in supporting our community to become more active, eat well and make long term lifestyle changes.

Key Responsibilities

This is a varied, hands‑on role where no two days will be the same. You will deliver targeted interventions to a wide range of clients including:

  • Nutrition sessions
  • Planning and delivery of health assessments
  • Supporting long‑term behaviour change and adherence
  • Working alongside the wider fitness team including gym floor support and class delivery

You will work across all our facilities so a clean driving licence and use of a vehicle are essential.

Qualifications
