Full-Time Are you a qualified healthcare professional looking for a new challenge? Join our team as a Functional Assessor for the Work Capability Assessment (WCA) service. This is an excellent opportunity to apply your clinical expertise in a non-treatment setting, focusing on functional assessments that make a real difference.

Competitive starting salary of £45,500 , increasing to £47,500 after probation 5% bonus upon successful completion of training Structured induction and ongoing professional development Monday to Friday working hours no weekends or night shifts Supportive team environment and clear career progression What youll do:
Conduct face-to-face and/or virtual assessments of individuals functional capability Prepare detailed, evidence-based reports for decision-making Work within a multidisciplinary team to ensure high standards of service delivery Requirements:
Registered Nurse, Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, Current professional registration (NMC/HCPC)
