* JOB DETAILS We are hiring a Trainee EUC Provisioning and Hardware Technician to join our Service Operations team in Guernsey. This role is based within our custom-built repair centre in Guernsey, where you will gain hands-on experience supporting PC deployments, hardware repairs, imaging, and device configuration across a variety of customer environments.

You do not need years of experience. What matters most is enthusiasm, curiosity, reliability, and a real interest in technology. What you will be doing:
Supporting the setup, imaging, deployment, and repair of PCs and workstations Configuring Windows operating systems and applications Assisting with hardware diagnostics, repairs, and rebuilds Delivering and installing hardware across States of Guernsey sites Troubleshooting deployment and imaging issues Maintaining accurate records and asset information Working closely with internal teams and third-party IT providers Helping maintain a professional and organised repair environment

Hours:

36 hours per week, Monday to Friday - hours to be agreed locally. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED A strong interest in IT hardware and troubleshooting Basic understanding of Windows operating systems and PC components Good communication and problem-solving skills A willingness to learn and develop technical skills Someone who works well independently and within a team A full driving licence and access to a vehicle

Experience with tools such as Intune, SCCM, or MDT would be useful, but it is not essential. Training and support will be provided. We value candidates with AI literacy individuals who are curious about technology, comfortable exploring automation, and eager to contribute to a modern, forward-thinking business.
