Further your career with Lockton Re, joining our International Property & Casualty (IPC) placing team in a permanent role. You will be working on a range of areas focusing primarily on Binding Authorities, Consortia and Lineslips across various lines of business and territories, with comprehensive support and training provided.

An exciting opportunity as a Production Support Technician in our growing IPC team, in this role, you will be working closely with our broking and client service teams to identify and develop effective solutions, as well as collaborating and maintaining strong working relationships with our Coverholders, Managing General Agents (MGAs) and Clients.

This role requires adherence to delegated underwriting standards and efficient processing of policies, endorsements, and bordereaux reports. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Lloyd’s and company market procedures, will demonstrate attention to detail, and have experience working in a Binding Authority environment.

This opportunity will enable you to build relationships with brokers, clients and insurers whilst working in an expanding DUA team that offers long term career progression.

• Accurate and timely production of insurance documents, in accordance with standard LMA/NMA templates or creation of bespoke documentation.
• Keep track of impending renewals and prepare renewal information in good time to enable terms to be obtained and firm orders placed.
• Liaise with Senior Brokers to ensure all relevant information is gathered in the preparation of market documentation and that it meets the client/market requirements
• To have a strong knowledge of Lloyd’s systems, such as DCOM, Atlas, Crystal+.
• Creating and updating Lockton Re’s internal platforms, including Open Twins, Salesforce and our Document Management System.
• Attend and take an active role in IPC’s regular DUA team meetings.
• Support Coverholders, MGAs and Clients in the production and the timely reporting of written and settlement bordereaux (plus claims bordereau if applicable) in line with the Binding Authority conditions.

Given the nature of this role, you will need to evidence relevant Binding Authority experience in a similar role. In addition to this, we will be seeking the following skills, experience and attributes from the successful candidate:
