Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Cred Supervisor you will:
- Manage small‑scale refurbishments and projects;
- Supervise and support staff across maintenance and operations;
- Work with tools and equipment to complete refurbishment tasks;
- Ensure health and safety principles are applied and maintained;
- Manage relationships with various stakeholders;
- Maintain a positive, "can‑do" approach to work.
- Understanding of prisons and prisoner working systems or willingness to learn – Desirable;
- Understanding of how to use tools and equipment for small‑scale refurbishments – Essential;
- Knowledge of working safely and putting health and safety principles into practice – Essential;
- Experience in managing small‑scale refurbishments and projects – Essential;
- Experience supervising staff – Essential;
- Self‑motivated with a positive "can‑do" approach – Desirable;
- Experience managing relationships with various stakeholders – Desirable;
- Trade or building qualification in carpentry, painting & decorating, plumbing or electrics – Essential.
