As a Cred Supervisor you will:

• Manage small‑scale refurbishments and projects;
• Supervise and support staff across maintenance and operations;
• Work with tools and equipment to complete refurbishment tasks;
• Ensure health and safety principles are applied and maintained;
• Manage relationships with various stakeholders;
• Maintain a positive, "can‑do" approach to work.

• Understanding of prisons and prisoner working systems or willingness to learn – Desirable;
• Understanding of how to use tools and equipment for small‑scale refurbishments – Essential;
• Knowledge of working safely and putting health and safety principles into practice – Essential;
• Experience in managing small‑scale refurbishments and projects – Essential;
• Experience supervising staff – Essential;
• Self‑motivated with a positive "can‑do" approach – Desirable;
• Experience managing relationships with various stakeholders – Desirable;
• Trade or building qualification in carpentry, painting & decorating, plumbing or electrics – Essential.
