Production Operative

Overview

The Best Connection is a recruitment agency, and this position is being offered on a Temporary basis. We are currently seeking a Production Operative to assist our client based in Lewes (Whitesmith). This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is keen to be part of a friendly and supportive team.

Job Summary:

As a Production Operative, you will be responsible for collecting items from the production line and ensuring they are accurately picked and packed according to company standards. You ll play a key role in maintaining the smooth flow of operations and ensuring products are ready for dispatch.

(Full Training Given)

• Collecting items from the production line efficiently and safely
• Picking products according to order specifications
• Packing items securely and accurately for shipment
• Conducting quality checks to ensure products meet required standards
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area
• Following health and safety procedures at all times
• Assisting with other general production tasks as required

(Please be aware your role may not be limited to these tasks)

• Right to work in the UK.
• Experience is not required.

Day Shift

Hours:

Monday To Friday: 09:00 - 17:30

Night Shift

Hours:

Monday To Thursday: 18:30 - 06:30
