About the Role

Love working outdoors and being surrounded by nature? Join our client's vineyard team as a Vineyard Pruning Associate, where you’ll play an important role in caring for grapevines and supporting the production of high-quality crops. This is a hands-on, active role ideal for someone who enjoys fresh air, physical work, and being part of a friendly, supportive team.

What You’ll Be Doing

* Pruning grapevines to help maintain vine health and encourage strong growth

* Using professional pruning tools safely and efficiently

* Working closely with a team to complete daily tasks

* Following clear guidance and health & safety procedures

* Enjoying a structured workday in a beautiful vineyard setting

Working Conditions

* Outdoor role in all weather conditions

The client will supply all essential work equipment, including:

* Gloves

* Eye protection (goggles)

* Secateurs (pruning tools)

What You’ll Need to Bring

* Warm clothing suitable for outdoor work

* Waterproof clothing

* Sturdy, waterproof boots or shoes with good grip

* Comfortable working outdoors and being physically active

* Good attention to detail

* A positive attitude and willingness to learn

* Previous vineyard or agricultural experience is a bonus, but not essential
