• Assist the Head Chef in running the catering department efficiently and economically.
• Ensure all food safety standards are met and maintained.
• Collaborate with other departments for special events and dietary accommodations.
• Communicate with residents and relatives to meet and exceed satisfaction.
• Follow instructions from the Head Chef and Sous Chef for smooth day‑to‑day kitchen operations.
