Senior Sous Chef – Full Time, Permanent – Central Brighton, 10 minutes from the train station – Monday to Friday, no evenings – £19.31 per hour.

• Supporting the Head Chef with day‑to‑day kitchen operations.
• Leading and motivating the kitchen team in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
• Maintaining high standards of food quality, consistency and presentation.
• Ensuring food safety, hygiene and compliance at all times.

• Previous experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef.
• Comfortable working in a high‑volume kitchen.
• Strong leadership and organisational skills.
• Passionate about fresh food and high standards.
