Fantastic Career Opportunity for Chef de Partie in busy Country Dining Pub & Restaurant
Our client is recruiting a Chef de Partie for their country dining pub and restaurant near Buckingham. They are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie with experience working with all fresh food to ideally a AA rosette standard. The role is commutable from the Buckingham, Bletchley and Milton Keynes area.
Salary & Benefits- Salary to £35k + £5k tips
- Bonus Scheme
- All meals, PPE & Uniform
- Live in available
- Working on each section of the kitchen
- Supporting the Head Chef and managing kitchen in his absence
- Managing and ordering for your own section
- Preparing meals for lunch and dinner service
- You will already be working as a Chef de Partie in a Rosette awarded luxury 4
* hotel, pub or restaurant - Ability to work on each section
- Keen to work at a high standard with career aspirations
